El Celler de Can Roca shines, a 500-page literary masterpiece. A cookbook about awareness, reflection and cooking where different star recipes from the Celler itself are explained, beautifully describing our world. It encapsulates the ideas, feelings and interdisciplinary work of our creative fields that alludes to the ungraspable. Cuisine
The ingredients, methods and preparations that have made the restaurant's food one of the best in the world are combined in 150 creations. They include a wide variety of vegetables, sea urchin, pigeon, turbot, elver, sole, truffle, octopus and langoustine, among many other ingredients, with an emphasis on the techniques and formulas of the Roca brothers themselves. They are also meticulously and meticulously examined and photographed one by one.
