Reverse Sphere, dispenser kit for reverse or direct spherification. Reverse Sphere has been created to facilitate the production of small liquid spheres or faux caviar with minimal effort. Produce spheres with 3 different diameters.

The dispenser Reverse Sphere will produce soft liquid drops at a rate of 100 pieces per minute (depending on size). This system allows liquid pearls to develop well in advance without hardening, providing pearls for mise en place with perfect flavor.
