Distillation of floral waters and essences
Steam distiller for hydrolates and essences, high performance and speed. You can distill hydrolates from cold skins of citrus and vegetables, aromatic roots and flowers.
The floral waters and essential oils thus obtained can be used to aromatize preparations for cooking, pastry or cocktails.
Make the vacuum and condense essences at the lowest temperature of only 35°C, preserving the quality of the product, unlike traditional distillation systems.
Depending on the power of the microwave, the system operates between 150 and 300W.
The kit contains:
- Cylindrical Vacuum Vessel
- Cooling cone and collector cup made of borosilicate Ø 15 cm Height: 20 cm
- Cover with vacuum valve and manual pump
- 2 test tubes with thread
- 6 conical pipettes
