Almonds, nuts and dried fruits cooked with OCOO acquire a very particular texture and flavour, allowing them to be used as a special element of a dish.
Through the elaboration of this recipe, we discovered OCOO's ability to change the textures of fruits with high fat content. This cooking method can be applied to other nuts such as walnuts, hazelnuts and other nuts. It is advisable to cover with a sheet of greaseproof paper to avoid the blackening of the first layer of nuts.
