We share on our channel a fresh dish prepared by our friends Oriol, Eduard and Mateu at their restaurant Disfrutar in Barcelona, which includes all the ingredients of their cuisine: taste, quality of raw materials, and innovation.

One of the most innovative components of the dish is the incredible mandarin reduction they make in the Girovap, which, being made at 30°C, preserves all the properties of the citrus fruit and gives it a dense, glossy texture.
