CONDITIONS OF PURCHASES

CHABOWSKI TRADING LLC (CT) from now on offers through the website www.100x100chef.com GCC Regions, a selection of products that you can find browsing through this online shop. All the products have a detailed file, which includes a description of the product, as well as the available options or variables. The prices of the articles are revised by CHABOWSKI TRADING LLC (CT), if there is an error it will be communicated to the customer at the confirmation of the order and before its "processing".

The use of our services by our clients pre-agrees, in all cases, the acceptance of the following sale conditions:

For sales done in Middle East Countries other than UAE, CT will NOT be responsible for any taxes or additional fees.

Standard manufacturing warranty policy applies, any returns against manufacturing defects should be subject to CT Pre-approval.

CT reserves the right to change or make any amendments it considers necessary and without warning including prices according to specific requirements of the provider and/or different currency exchanges. This may be done daily. 

CT reserves the right to not provide delivery of an order if a major cause interferes in the process. In such a case, we will communicate the cancellation as soon as possible through E-mail to your account.  If the payment has been charged to your credit card or the bank account, CT will return the amount charged in its totality.

ORDER PRICES & PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Payment in advance for all orders is required.

CT will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.

United Arab of Emirates is our company’s country of domicile.

We accept payments online using secure payment links or payment via bank transfers, the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law.

EXPORT ORDERS

Freight terms are Ex-Works Dubai, U.A.E unless otherwise stated. Please contact us via our “contact us” form for shipping quotes or to arrange collection with your own freight forwarder. Please provide details of your order. Payment may be made via any of the PAYMENT OPTIONS listed above. All prices are exclusive of any applicable local charges and taxes.

SHIPMENTS

CT will ship in accordance with your instructions. When no shipping instructions are provided, CT will ship via the best means available. Shipping charges, including freight, insurance fees, and forwarding costs, will be added to your invoice. Please also see the EXPORT ORDERS section above for additional details.

Applied shipping charges are subject to change based on the item packaging, However, the changes will be informed to the customer/user before the order confirmation.

DELIVERY

CT will deliver free of charge within the UAE on all orders above AED 500. Other options are:

EX-works collection from our warehouse

A.E Orders below AED 500 will be delivered at a charge of up to AED 50.

RETURN OF GOODS

Received orders may be requested to be returned to CT up to 7 days after receiving your order only in the case that the items are not as described. Authorization must be obtained from CT in writing BEFORE returning items for any reason. When requesting Return Authorization, include the item name, order number, and reason for return. Products must be in original condition including the original packaging materials. Kindly note that all unauthorized returns will be refused and no claims for refund will be accepted. Return items must be shipped prepaid. Items shipped collect are refused. The above clause is applicable to standard items that we stock locally and does not cover any special orders, imports, or customized products, all of which may be subject to a 30% restocking charge and in some cases are non-refundable.

All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

If a product is received in a damaged condition, unpacking should cease, and the customer should request an immediate inspection from the carrier responsible for delivery. It is important to retain all packaging until the inspection is complete. A copy of the carriers written damage report is to be forwarded to CT.

ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests may be subject to cancellation fees.

Orders for customized products are not cancellable.

CT will not hold orders more than 15 days beyond the acknowledged ship/collection date.

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

This is available for U.A.E deliveries only, all other delivery locations will require payment in advance. Payment on delivery is only valid for items that are available in stock and will not be valid on any special-order items. To select the payment on delivery option please select “Payment on Delivery” during the checkout.

LEAD TIME & BACKORDER ________________________________________

Some products can be subject to an 8–12-week lead time. While we try to keep this information up to date on the site, if this information is important to you, we would suggest communicating with our team for further information and a more accurate lead time for your specific order.
