The dehydrator Excalibur® 4400 is the smallest, useful and silent of all Excalibur® range. It is equipped with four trays and has a capacity of 0.32 m2. Like its bigger brothers, this Excalibur® can dehydrate without changing trays’ position during all the process thanks to its horizontal dehydration system or Parallexx™. It is ideal for dehydrating small quantities so as to keep food ready for service. Built in high quality polycarbonate and very durable, also to blows or falls. Trays and removable elements are dishwasher-safe. It precise temperature control from 29 to 68 ºC. Teflon sheets are also available for this model (item 70/0013).
