The IceLab horizontal batch freezers allow creamy, soft, light and homogeneous ice creams to be obtained in just 10 minutes.
IceLab offers a controlled production process, which makes it possible to obtain high quality ice cream without the need for great expertise.
They have been specially designed for small and medium volumes of ice cream (H1L, H2L, H4L, H6L, H10L), designed to meet the needs of different types of establishments (restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, bars, I+D workshops).
With simple operation, low maintenance, small dimensions and easy assembly and disassembly for cleaning, IceLabs are robust, durable machines ideal for completing a restaurant's dessert menu with a customised product offer.
Produce ice creams with white base, English base, sorbets, semi-sorbets and savoury ice creams: remember that with a balanced "mix" any flavour is possible.
