The Premier chocolate wet grinder is one of the best chocolate refining machines and a favourite of most artisans around the world. This small mill is the low-impact table-top model, specially designed for making chocolate and nut butters from scratch. Low-impact refining allows the nutritional value to be preserved to the maximum, while preserving the shelf life of the product as it is carried out at low temperature.

Thanks to its granite rollers and two side spatulas, it directs the paste towards the centre of the two stones, accelerating the conching process and aerating the mixture during refining.
